For redesign projects, we prepare a clear scope and quote after inspection. A concept approval step comes before the work begins, and the usual turnaround is set according to the garment and the complexity of the request.
We also provide written alteration scope and care and pressing notes so you know what was completed and how to look after the finished piece. If a final fitting is needed, it is reviewed carefully before collection.
